Work In Progress’ mission is to assist persons with a diagnosis of mental illness with obtaining, retaining and maintaining employment.
We seek to develop partnerships with local businesses and corporations to assist in providing the workforce with qualified work candidates. A vocational profile and screening is completed on each work candidate including the assessment of their interests and skills.
The goal is a good fit between employer and candidate. Serving our work candidates includes on site job coaching if it is acceptable to the employer and the work candidate, and sharing the benefits of hiring qualified work candidates.
