It’s SPRING 2020




Here are a few tips  to increasing your overall happiness during this time of the year:

1. Think spring and ask, “ What do I want to grow?”

Perhaps it’s to grow your garden or redo your home office or clean up personal calendar?

2. Plant some fun new joy into your life.  “What’s something new I would like to do?”

What can you spring into for this spring? Perhaps it’s a new hobby like gardening, genealogy or hiking. Maybe volunteering with the elderly or reading to children?

3.  Time For Friends and Family.  “What is a meaningful way to spend time?”

Who is someone I haven’t seen all winter that you would like to renew your relationship? Who do I miss and who do I laugh with?
